Keegan Evans
Founder and CEO
Our founder, Keegan Evans, began his career as a United States Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot. He served 3 tours in the Middle East where he was decorated with multiple awards, including the Air Medal with numeral 15 for Strike/Flights, and one star for individual action recognizing meritorious service while flying casualty evacuation, assault support, and VIP transportation in hostile conditions.
Keegan built his coaching and training frameworks around tools employed by America’s most selective and demanding fighting force and enhanced his practices through his impact with fast-paced, agile, and innovation-minded Silicon Valley tech giants, where he has spent the decade since his post-service graduate studies working in product, human capital, and executive support.
No matter if it is flying to the aid of wounded on the battlefield or navigating the unknown of hybrid work models, he realizes his purpose by helping people surmount their most immediate problems and overcome their most difficult challenges.

Supported a global team of 300 engineers across 6 worldwide work locations by acting as a strategic thought partner and executive coach, solving organizational problems and leading change management initiatives.
Experienced product lifecycle management, steering cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and legal departments to deliver combined hardware and software solutions for international companies and their millions of customers.
Leadership instincts forged as a decorated Marine Corps helicopter pilot, including planning and leading over 150 combat and training assault support missions.
Keegan is based in San Jose, California and enjoys spending his downtime with his twin children (one of whom he has managed to convince to be a fellow Seahawks fan), flying as a civil aviation pilot, and performing (very) amateur improv comedy.
