Who we are
We are the team behind teams
We believe by emphasizing cultural transformation rather than technical AI training, we help organizations thrive by fostering a culture that is proactive in adapting to and integrating AI as a supportive teammate.
The Team
-
Founder & CEO
Keegan began his career as a United States Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot, flying over 150 missions across three tours in the Middle East. After earning multiple decorations for his leadership in high-stakes environments, he transitioned into the tech world, supporting global teams at fast-moving companies with a focus on product, people, and strategy.
Today, Keegan brings that same clarity under pressure to his work as an executive coach and organizational strategist. He has led hybrid work transformations at the Fortune 500 level, guided global engineering teams through major transitions, and delivered complex cross-functional product solutions.
Keegan lives in San Jose with his twin kids, flies civil aviation for fun, and occasionally takes the stage for (very) amateur improv comedy.

Chief Marketing Officer
Kana brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of marketing, leadership coaching, and social impact. Before joining Euda, she led brand and community initiatives at All Raise, elevating underrepresented voices in venture capital, and helped shape strategy at Touchdown Ventures as their first non-investment hire.
She combines strategic vision with emotional intelligence—honed through her training as a psychotherapist and her work advising early-stage founders. Kana also co-hosts the podcast Learning to Human, where she explores personal and professional growth through honest conversation.
She holds a BA from Allegheny College and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Outside of work, she’s often in a dance studio, an art museum, or exploring with her two daughters and husband.

Chief of Staff
Molly is the operational heartbeat of Euda, translating big-picture ideas into clear, coordinated action. With a background in childcare management, she brings a rare mix of EQ, strategic thinking, and logistical mastery to everything she touches.
At Euda, Molly is known for seeing around corners—anticipating needs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and creating a sense of psychological safety across teams. She ensures that every project not only runs smoothly, but stays deeply aligned with mission and values.
She holds a BA in English Writing from West Chester University. When she’s not making things happen behind the scenes, you’ll find her thrifting, at the movies, or building her next junk journal.
